Alice is a passionate Pilates instructor who believes in the power of movement to transform both body and mind. Her practice combines modern and dynamic sequences with classical Pilates principles, focusing on strength, flexibility, and balance.

Her sessions are designed to challenge while remaining accessible, blending precision and fluidity to create a mindful yet energizing workout. Whether in the studio or leading retreats in breathtaking locations, Alice empowers her community to move with intention, build resilience, and cultivate confidence through movement.

With a fresh, modern approach, Alice makes Pilates both engaging and effective, inspiring others to reconnect with their bodies and embrace a stronger, more balanced lifestyle.

Ebbio features nine uniquely furnished rooms, each reflecting traditional heritage with earthy colors and large windows that offer stunning views of the rolling Tuscan hills.
A significant portion of life at Ebbio unfolds outdoors, frequently around large communal tables beneath the shade of pergolas. Guests can find quiet moments in sunny chairs or hammocks, making them ideal spots for sunbathing, reading, or stargazing.
This outdoor environment fosters a peaceful ambiance, allowing guests to connect with the vibrant energy of the place and its history, creating a serene retreat that feels timeless.
