Alice Pilate

Alice is a passionate Pilates instructor who believes in the power of movement to transform both body and mind. Her practice combines dynamic sequences with classical Pilates principles, cultivating strength, flexibility, and balance.

Her sessions are both precise and fluid, designed to challenge while remaining accessible, offering a mindful and energizing experience.

Alongside her in-person classes and retreats, Alice is the founder of The Studio by Alice, an online platform offering Pilates sessions for a global community.

With her modern and nurturing approach, she makes Pilates both engaging and transformative, inspiring others to move with intention, build resilience, and cultivate a more balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.

Ebbio features nine uniquely furnished rooms, each reflecting traditional heritage with earthy colors and large windows that offer stunning views of the rolling Tuscan hills.
A significant portion of life at Ebbio unfolds outdoors, frequently around large communal tables beneath the shade of pergolas. Guests can find quiet moments in sunny chairs or hammocks, making them ideal spots for sunbathing, reading, or stargazing.
This outdoor environment fosters a peaceful ambiance, allowing guests to connect with the vibrant energy of the place and its history, creating a serene retreat that feels timeless.
