After such an unforgettable first retreat, we’re so excited to return to the Basque Country for another weekend of movement, connection and joy.

Join Alexandra Rosenfeld as she shares the place she calls home—through her favourite spots, the landscapes she loves and the energy that inspires her every day. Together, we’ll slow down, move, laugh, connect and enjoy the simple pleasures that make this region so special.

Our weekend begins and ends with a women’s circle, creating a space to connect, share and simply be yourself in a warm and supportive atmosphere.

Over the course of the retreat, you'll enjoy Pilates classes with Liouba and Stéphanie, guided walks with Alexandra to some of her favourite places, a pottery workshop, time to wander through Biarritz, surprise dinners, and plenty of moments to relax at Hôtel Indarra, a beautiful boutique hotel in Arbonne, just a few minutes from the ocean.

More than a retreat, it's a chance to reconnect with yourself, meet incredible women, create lasting memories, and leave feeling lighter, inspired and recharged.

Passionate about wellness and personal development, Alexandra Rosenfeld, founder of Ataraxister, a project dedicated to women’s circles, highlights the importance of mutual support and sisterhood. Through her circles, rooted in active listening, respect, and feminine energy, she creates safe and welcoming spaces where authentic and meaningful connections can unfold.

Closely connected to the Basque Country, she is eager to share her region with you, guide you on a hike through one of her favorite spots, and invite you to experience the activities she loves most, in a spirit of simplicity, joy, and connection.

Located in Arbonne, between ocean and mountains and just a few minutes from Biarritz, Hôtel Indarra offers a simple, warm setting true to the Basque spirit — a place where slowing down comes naturally.

Redesigned by architect Delphine Carrère, the hotel pays tribute to traditional Basque houses through a refined, contemporary architecture. Inside, it feels like a family home: welcoming, soothing, and conceived as a true refuge.

Comfortable rooms, seasonal vegetarian cuisine, and spaces dedicated to relaxation naturally align with the rhythm of the retreat, inviting rest and reconnection.
